JEM Labs, LLC specializes in the formulation and manufacturing of color cosmetics, including lip products, foundations, pressed powders, eyeliners, anhydrous hot pours, etc. While color is our main focus, we also offer custom made personal care formulations as well, such as serums and moisturizers.
Our cosmetic chemists have over 50 years combined experience in the cosmetics industry. At JEM Labs, LLC we custom formulate your product to fit your specific requirements. We strive to create a formula beyond your expectations.
Unlike other contract manufacturers, we offer 3 options for your formulating needs. We can design a formula exclusively for you, based on your specifications, and you will own that formula. You can also choose from one of our in-house formulas and add your finishing touches. Contact us for more information.

About the Owner
Jennifer Di Marco began her career on Long Island, as an applications chemist at Nick Morante Cosmetic Consultants, a world renowned leader in the color cosmetics industry. She has been in the cosmetics industry for over 25 years and cosmetic science has become her passion. She is ISO 22719:2007 Certified and trained in GMP.
A long time member of the U.S. Society of Cosmetic Chemists and a recipient of the Society’s Young Scientist Award in 2006, Jennifer has formulated and holds patents for numerous high-end cosmetic and personal care products that have gone to market with lip, anhydrous products, and color matching being her specialty. She has been a contributor to numerous beauty publications including Allure and Prevention where she has evaluated new products and launches.
Jennifer currently has a facility in Houston, Texas but travels back to NY regularly to see clients, family, and friends.
